    This Royalty-Free Music License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

    Licensor: Tyler Hauser / Tyler Hauser Music LLC
    Email: tyler@tylerhauser.com
    (Hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor")

    and

    Licensee: The purchaser of the music (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee")

    Effective Date: DATE OF PURCHASE

    1. Grant of License

    The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the following musical composition(s):

    • Title(s): "Future"

    For use in:

    • Videos (YouTube, social media, film, etc.)

    • Podcasts

    • Games

    • Websites

    • Commercial projects

    • Any other multimedia project

    2. Restrictions

    The Licensee may not:

    • Claim ownership of the music.

    • Resell, redistribute, or relicense the music in isolation.

    • Use the music in any product intended solely for resale where the music is the primary value (e.g., music compilation CDs, sound packs).

    3. Ownership and Copyright

    The Licensor retains full ownership and copyright of the original compositions. This agreement does not transfer copyright ownership to the Licensee.

    4. Attribution (Optional)

    Attribution is appreciated but not required. If credited, please use:
    “Music by Tyler Hauser”

    5. Limitation of Liability

    The Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the music, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

    6. Termination

    This license is valid indefinitely unless the Licensee breaches any part of this agreement, in which case the license is automatically revoked.

    By using, downloading, or purchasing the music, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this License Agreement.
